The NETLS workshop “Lean Library Management - Hidden in Plain Site: Internal Solutions for Hidden Costs and Improving Service at Your Library” is now available for online registration.
Location: Irving Public Library Auditorium
When: May 18, 2011 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Author of Lean Library Management: Eleven Strategies for Reducing Costs and Improving Services, John Huber will work with libraries to develop workflow processes for holds and delivery systems that are beneficial for mid-sized libraries, large libraries and multi-site libraries.
